Flexible blended learning programmes for current managers and aspiring leaders
Our online Leadership and Management Programmes offer complete flexibility to reflect today’s working environments. Learning can be accessed 24 hours a day, enabling staff to study around their busy schedules and in their own time; reducing time spent away from the desk and minimising the need for expensive face-to-face workshops.

- Foundation Programme for Developing Managers – Study consists of a series of 30 minute to one hour long e-learning courses adding up to approximately 20 hours of online learning within six modules
- Leadership and Management Programme for Developing Managers – A comprehensive, practice-orientated programme containing regular competency and knowledge-based assessments and over 70 hours of online learning within 13 modules
